Mark Liversedge 8f64dfd922 "Fix" some cppcheck warnings

.. these are trivial changes that are mostly to adjust syntax
   used in the code so cppcheck doesn't get confused.

   Thanks to Bart Coddens for pointing these out.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
