Mark Liversedge f1cf87fec4 Kickr BTLE connection fixup

No need to scan first, connect directly to
the previouslt paired device uuid.

By no longer scanning we can have multiple
threads connecting at once without conflicting
with each other.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
