.. metrics(symbol) now supports an optional start and stop date range. .. metrics(symbol|date [, start [, stop]]) - where start and stop are numberically days since 1900/01/01 or can be date strings such as "2019/12/31" for 31st December 2019. .. this is to provide an alternative way of working with metrics that was previously supported with the '[[' and ']]' operators.

GoldenCheetah can connect with indoor trainers and cycling equipment such as cycling computers and power meters to import data.
In addition, GoldenCheetah can connect to cloud services.
It can then manipulate and view the data, as well as analyze it.
