Mark Liversedge e88ac85f29 PD Estimates use 12 week rolling window

.. the clunky old way of using a 2 month rolling window has
   been reworked to use a 12 week rolling window making the
   code less susceptible to jumping around esp. on 1st of the month!

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
