Mark Liversedge e7a57ed957 VLC Filename convert to file:// URL

Passing a filename with spaces in it causes some issues
on WinXP/2003, this patch converts all filenames to valid
URLs (which is the preferred way to reference media in VLC).

Specifically;

* The file path is prepended with file://
* backslashes in filenames are converted to forward slashes in URLs
* Spaces are converted to %20

To build

  cp src/gcconfig.pri.in src/gcconfig.pri
  cp qwt/qwtconfig.pri.in qwt/qwtconfig.pri

Edit both src/gcconfig.pri and qwt/qwtconfig.pri as necessary, then

  qmake
  make

To uninstall the older FTDI VCP drivers on Mac OS X, open a Terminal and type:

  sudo mv /System/Library/Extensions/FTDIUSBSerialDriver.kext /tmp

Type your password when prompted, then restart your computer.
