Mark Liversedge de53ea3ffb UI Nits: BlankState cosmetics

Just wordwrap the labels gives more screen estate to
the right side image making it less likely to be out
of proportion with the text size.

Also changed disc to disk in one of the narrative
texts. Maybe its a 'British English' thing tho ;)

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
