Mark Liversedge d8487bfb4a DataFilter in PMC - Part 1 of 3

.. add the computation of PMC stress using a
   data filter as an input as opposed to a
   metric.

.. part 2 will update the parser to support
   sts/lts/rr/sb to use an expression.

.. part 3 will update Athlete to enable
   storing PMCdata against the datafilter signature
   instead of a metric name.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
