Mark Liversedge d3a3a76ccc Fix stderr redirect platform issues

.. don't use toLatin1() and fopen, use QFile and full QStrings
   so we can support directory names with unicode characters.

.. add unistd.h for dup() and close()

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
