Mark Liversedge c1791b3438 Fix W' calculator for bad data

Fix 1s smoothing to ensure time doesn't go backwards
as when the same timestamp is used more than once the
QwtSpline used to interpolate returns all zeroes.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
