Mark Liversedge bd86206b56 Reveal Controls: Histogram

Add reveal controls to the histogram window, using
the new reveal framework.

I only added a small number of controls, we should
be careful not to overload this feature with a zillion
controls "because one user wants it".

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
