Mark Liversedge ad84abf291 Redirect stderr to goldencheetah.log

In the home directory of GC (platform specific or configured
by the user). This is only relevant for OpenBSD, Linux and Mac.

Windows does not support applications that are GUI and console.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
