Rainer Clasen a0531d293a always include ShareDialog

... but limit what individual services are build/offered based on oauth
availability (Strava, CyclingAnalytics). Load's of ifdef... making me
think about alternative solutions - especially now that the common
uploader base class allows to stuff them in a List/map/vector/whatever.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
