Rainer Clasen 9a394552b3 use new srmio API - allowing PC7 support

srmio changed it's API completely. Adopted SrmDevice to use new API.

As a first step, we keep using the "simple" API to save everything into a
single file.

While this works fine for PCV, this will run into limitations of the SRM
file format, quite soon. This needs to be addressed in another step.

To build

  cp src/gcconfig.pri.in src/gcconfig.pri
  cp qwt/qwtconfig.pri.in qwt/qwtconfig.pri

Edit both src/gcconfig.pri and qwt/qwtconfig.pri as necessary, then

  qmake
  make

To uninstall the older FTDI VCP drivers on Mac OS X, open a Terminal and type:

  sudo mv /System/Library/Extensions/FTDIUSBSerialDriver.kext /tmp

Type your password when prompted, then restart your computer.
