Alejandro Martinez 84c911c2e2 Added error message for unsupported Lap Swimming FIT files

Until proper handling is added better to give an error message,
otherwise an activity with no data is created causing confusion.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
