Mark Liversedge 828ba3f77e W' calculate starting from 0s

Instead of starting at 20 minutes, which was a function of the
code for calculating decay, i.e. an implementation nit, not a
physiological constraint.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
