Alex Harsanyi 7fdedf0bfe Add support for reading multi sport FIT files.

Multisport FIT files are imported as separate activities, one for each session
in the file.

The internal storage format for multisport files was also changed form TCX to
JSON, as the TCX file would not store advanced metrics, like the left-right
balance from the Garmin Vector power meter.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
