Mark Liversedge 67ab2b2903 Show/Hide tabbar as needed

.. only needed when we have >1 tabs so lets hide and
   show it automatically.

.. also added a setting for remembering setting but it
   doesn't do anything as we auto hide/show.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
