Mark Liversedge 61a6116fa5 Fencepost error on CP intervals

.. caused the meanmax curve for an interval to be
   recomputed every time even though we'd gone to all
   those lengths to cache them.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
