Mark Liversedge 5f39c9e226 Migrate LTM DataTable to use RideCache

.. and actually uses the LTMPlot functions to aggregate
   data so should be easier to maintain and also match the
   charts.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
