.. delta compare to use first date range as a baseline to
   compare other date ranges to.

.. only works for the bests curve in date range mode

.. in part 2 will add the model and also rides/intervals.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
