Mark Liversedge 4efb597f26 Fix CP defaults bug

.. set to 3600 not 360 (!)

.. updated intervals causing warnings when using values
   that were half baked. Now delays recalc() till all
   the parameter intervals are set.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
