Mark Liversedge 4b967c742e Add Chart now back on Chart Bar

.. so at least chart adding should be easier and no more
   UX issues.

.. need to look to add other menu options there; add page, athlete,
   chart settings.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
