Mark Liversedge 404ee7bf71 Fix calendar hide/show crash

.. by hiding not deleting minicharts. Its better this
   way since deleting and recreating them all is very
   expensive and the layout code breaks as a result.
   It is an edge case for optimisation anyway.

.. so if you expand out the sidebar and have lots of
   minicalendars then shrink it down again then it
   will be slow to update.

Fixes #550.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
