Mark Liversedge 3270a4f685 Fix SEGV on clear selection in RideEditor

.. just call clear() to reset the selection model to
   avoid a SEGV on Mac with QT5 (untested as cannot
   recreate the crash).

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
