.. to include power, cadence etc

.. this is particularly relevant for colors that need to change
   if we have a light background (e.g. power in yellow on white
   is almost impossible to see for some people)

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
