Mark Liversedge 23969f9978 UI Nits: Remove unused LTM metric options

There were a few metric options on the LTM
chart that were introduced a looooong time
ago when playing with filter ideas.

They don't do anything and will confuse the
hell out of users. They are now removed.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
