Mark Liversedge 18bf280893 Fix AllPlot Ticks Error

.. was caused by the fact the allPlot height is not set until after the
   first show, so it is zero in initial state.  We just use a default value
   in this case.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
