Mark Liversedge 1710c37f92 Fix BEST Symbol clash

.. not sure why tbh, but lexer symbols clashed with
   enums.

.. so removed BEST interval type - we may just add them
   back as BESTPOWER, BESTHR etc later

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
