Mark Liversedge 030fa04b0c LTMPlot refresh optimisation

Only refresh when dateRange actually changes
within dateRangeChanged() since it is a signal
used by the HomeWindow to ask a replot when
a tab is selected.

Should speed up navigation across diary and
home view.

Golden Cheetah install and build instructions are documented
for each platform;

INSTALL-WIN32   For building on Microsoft Windows
INSTALL-LINUX   For building on Ubuntu Linux
INSTALL-MAC     For building on Apple OS X

Alternatively official builds are available from http://www.goldencheetah.org
whilst latest developer builds are available from http://goldencheetah.stand2surf.net
