Ale Martinez 5714a74e88 Add configurable Aerobic Threshold Velocity to Pace Zones
Change CVPage to include AeT Velocity/Pace
Default to 90% CV for runs and 97.5% CV for swims
Used to delimit Polarized Zones I and II
Add config(aetv) to formulas
Add aetv to R/Pyhton/Rest APIs
Fixed column widths to fit contents
