Mark Liversedge 053bd6ca69 Train View controls in Toolbar
Updated the realtime view (Train) to put the
realtime controls in the toolbar and removed
the old realtime controls chart.  They only
appear in Train view.

Additionally, the workout list and media list
are now in the sidebar under 'Workout Library'.

Finally, the first device configured is always
selected at startup, but this is a temporary
change until the realtime device wizard is coded
to set a default device.
